only one time exchange is allowed for all orders within 14 calendar days upon receiving your order, please ensure that the items are in brand new condition and unwashed. you can contact us here with the subject: "exchange: [order #]" to process your exchange

oh no! if there is an an error with your order such as a defective/incorrect item, kindly drop us an email at summer@kiholoclub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order # and clear pictures of the defect/incorrect item received. our team will handle the rest.

at kiholo club, we aim to portray the most accurate colour and image of our offerings that appear on our site and social media - however, there may still be slight colour discrepancies due to the individual's display/screen. 

as each product is individually made, please allow a variation of +/- 0.5 inches on measurement and we will not classify these as defects.

all the prices stated on the site are final and non-negotiable. 

kiholo club does not do any form of reservations or trades, and reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion.

please take note that by submitting an order, it implies your intention of confirming an item. any item added to cart without payment within 24 hours will be put up for sale. delivery times may vary according to availability and any representations made with regards to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
